How to track your Novus Rising order, where to find your tracking number, and what to expect from courier updates after your order ships.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation is emailed automatically once checkout and payment are completed. This email contains your order number and a summary of the items purchased.

If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.

Your Order Status Page

Every order includes a personal order status link in the confirmation email. This page is the most accurate and up-to-date record of your order, and it updates automatically as your order moves from processing to fulfilment to shipped.

We recommend keeping the confirmation email so you can return to this page at any time.

Tracking Number

Once your order has been dispatched, a separate shipping confirmation email is sent containing your courier and tracking number.

Tracking numbers are issued by the courier, not by Novus Rising, and only become active after the courier has physically received and scanned the parcel. It is normal for a tracking number to show no movement for the first several hours.

Where To Track

Tracking is done directly on your courier's official website or mobile app using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. The courier's own system is the authoritative source for parcel location and delivery updates.

About Tracking Updates

Courier tracking reflects the most recent scan recorded at a sorting facility or checkpoint. It is not a live location feed, so updates can pause for a period while a parcel is in transit between facilities.

Gaps in scanning are common during weekends, holidays, severe weather, and peak volume periods, and do not by themselves indicate a lost parcel.
