Novus Rising does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but return, exchange, replacement, or legally required remedies may apply for approved order issues.

No Change-of-Mind Refunds

We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, wrong size chosen by the customer, or customer ordering mistakes. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue. Depending on the case, the resolution may include exchange, replacement, repair, or other remedies required by applicable Philippine consumer protection rules.

Automated Payments

Payments are processed through automated checkout and payment providers. We no longer use manual payment verification.

Approved Cases

If an order issue requires reversal or payment correction, processing timelines may depend on Shopify, Xendit, banks, e-wallets, or other payment providers involved in the transaction.
