Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful checkout and payment confirmation through our automated payment provider. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, pre-order timelines, and order volume.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order products are produced after the pre-order window closes, which takes roughly 4 to 6 weeks. Courier delivery happens after that, so the delivery estimate you pick at checkout starts once your order is dispatched, not on the day you order.

If your order contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, the whole order ships together once the pre-order item is ready. Estimated dates may still vary depending on supplier, manufacturing, and logistics timelines.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location, courier availability, weather, holidays, and other logistics conditions. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during Shopify checkout before payment confirmation.
