Payments

Payments are processed through automated checkout and payment providers, including Shopify-supported providers and Xendit. We no longer support manual payment verification.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, incorrect customer details, holidays, customs if applicable, or events outside our control.

Returns, Exchange, and Warranty

Purchases are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy and Warranty Policy. Change-of-mind refunds are not provided, but defective, damaged, incorrect, or legally protected cases may be reviewed in accordance with applicable Philippine consumer protection rules.

Intellectual Property

All Novus Rising names, logos, designs, product images, graphics, text, content, and store materials are owned by Novus Rising E-commerce or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services such as Shopify, Xendit, logistics providers, and other tools needed to operate the store. We are not responsible for third-party websites, delays, outages, or external service policies.

Relationship with Shopify

Novus Rising E-commerce is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the store and checkout experience. Sales and purchases are made directly with Novus Rising E-commerce. Shopify is not responsible for product concerns, delivery issues, or transactions between you and Novus Rising E-commerce.

Errors and Omissions

Occasionally, information on our store may contain errors related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability, or delivery timelines. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information.
