7-Day Replacement for Defects

Items that arrive with confirmed defects may qualify for full replacement within 7 days from receiving the order. Contact us at astillero.iancarlo@gmail.com with your order number, photos or videos, and a description of the issue.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day replacement period, warranty coverage will follow the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty, depending on the product type.

Warranty Requirements

Warranty claims require proof of purchase, order details, and clear photos or videos showing the issue. The item may need to be inspected before approval.

Not Covered

Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, improper washing or care, unauthorized repair, modification, or damage caused after delivery.
